Exceed Worldwide’s headquarters are in Ireland, but it has worked in Southeast Asia since 1989 to support men, women and children with physical disabilities. Disability, poverty, disadvantage and discrimination often go hand-in-hand and Exceed supports highly disadvantaged people by providing Prosthetic and Orthotic (P&O) services, to equip, enable and empower children and adults with disabilities, by restoring mobility and providing access to education, employment and community life.

This work includes:
 Training local P&O clinicians and technicians to create and sustain a professional workforce
 Free P&O services for the disadvantaged
 Community services to ensure access to education, employment and community life.
